Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 small yellow pepper
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 150 g Feta cheese
  • 1/2 bunch Basil
  • 4 Hot dog sausages
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 200 g Greek cream yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 Hot dog buns

Directions

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 180 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Bake the hot dog buns in the oven for approx. 5 minutes and cut lengthwise.

    Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel onion and cut into fine rings. Crumble feta finely. Wash basil and shake dry. Peel and chop the leaves. Mix bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, feta and 1⁄3 basil.

    Warm the sausages in hot water. Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix with yoghurt and rest of basil. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the bread roll with basil cream. Fill each roll with 1 sausage and feta mixture, serve immediately.
