  • 1/2 Head Romaine Salad
  • 1/2 Head frisée salad
  • 1 Kopf Lollo bianco Salat
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the salad into bite-sized pieces. Clean, wash and quarter the radishes. Mix vinegar, salt and pepper. Whip the oil into it. Mix the salad ingredients with the marinade and leave to stand.
