Clean, wash and cut the peppers into rings. Peel the vegetable onion and cut into fine rings. Drain the olives. Cut feta cheese into small cubes. Wash thyme, pluck leaves from the stalks. Mix all ingredients and put them into a bowl. Mix wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon water, salt, pepper and sugar. Whip lemon oil with a whisk. Pour the marinade over the salad and let it stand for a while. Arrange in a bowl. Baguette tastes good with it
