Peel the pineapple, cut into slices, remove the woody core. Cut pineapple into slices. Wash and clean the strawberries and, depending on their size, possibly halve them. Wash and stone peaches and cut them into slices.
Grill the pineapples and peaches on a grill tray while turning for about 6 minutes. Brush several times with orange juice. After 4 minutes add strawberries. Mix honey and liqueur. Arrange the fruits on plates and sprinkle with honey and liqueur mixture.
Add lemon sorbet and sprinkle with pistachios.
