Ingredients

  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 (approx. 500 g) Head endive salad
  • 200 g sliced boiled ham
  • 1 Onion
  • 3-4 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 3-4 Tbsp Oil
  • 75 g Walnut kernels

Directions

    Boil the eggs in boiling water for about 10 minutes until hard, then rinse with cold water and peel. Clean and wash the salad and cut into thin strips. Cut ham into strips. Peel and finely dice onion.

    Mix vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Fold in the oil. Coarsely chop the walnuts and fold into the marinade with the diced onions. Cut the eggs into slices. Carefully mix all ingredients with the marinade.

    Arrange the salad on a plate and serve. Baguette tastes good with it.
