Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Clean, wash and cut the leek into rings. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sauté the meat for approx. 8 minutes while turning it. After 4 minutes add paprika and leek. Season with soy sauce. Mix chilli sauce and orange juice. Season to taste with salt, pepper and coriander.
In the meantime, drain the noodles into a sieve and rinse with cold water. Mix noodles, mixed sauce and vegetable-meat-pan. Clean the romaine lettuce, divide into individual leaves, wash and shake dry.
Arrange the schnitzel salad on romaine lettuce leaves.
