Hawaii pans

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 2 Chicken filets
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 4–6 Pineapple slices (fresh or tinned)
  • 4 discs Cooked ham
  • 200 g Hard cheese rasp (e.g. Comté)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Wash chicken fillets, dab dry and fry in a pan in hot oil for about 5 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Cut pineapple slices into pieces or half slices. Cooked ham small and cut the fillets into slices.

    Place the meat, pineapple, ham and grated hard cheese in the pans and bake for approx. 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
