Drain the mango and collect the juice. Put some slices aside for decoration. Cut the remaining mango into fine cubes
Put milk, 4 tablespoons mango juice and cream powder in a high mixing bowl. Whisk with the whisks of the hand mixer at highest setting for approx. 3 minutes until creamy. Stir in cream quark and fold in the mango cubes
Pour the mango-vanilla cream into a large bowl or four small dessert bowls. If necessary, cut mango slices into thinner slices and arrange on top. Possibly decorate with lemon balm
Even more exotic is the mango-vanilla cream with 1-2 tablespoons of coconut flakes. Fold into the cream as desired or
just sprinkle over it. All the ingredients for this dessert are readily available in stock. And if the quark is missing, whip the cream powder with 300 ml milk as described on the package
