For the turmeric yoghurt dressing, mix yoghurt, turmeric paste and lemon juice (up to 1 tbsp). Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
For the salad, clean and wash the pointed cabbage, cut in half lengthwise and remove the stalk. Cut the cabbage into fine strips and place in a large bowl. 1⁄2 Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Knead the cabbage well.
Clean, wash and peel the carrots (if necessary, pluck the tender carrot green finely) and cut into fine strips. Clean, wash and peel the zucchini and also cut them into fine strips.
Mix salad ingredients with mixed seeds. Mix in dressing for serving.
