1 tea bag "elderflower-lime" in 150 ml boiling water for about 8 minutes. Remove the bag and let the tea cool down. Wash 60 g cucumber. Cut cucumber and 150 g pineapple pulp into small pieces.
Wash 2 stems of mint, shake dry, pluck off leaves. Blend the tea with cucumber, pineapple, mint, 5 tbsp. orange juice and 2 tbsp. lime juice in a tall beaker with a hand blender. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
