Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken or turkey
  • 1 can(s) Peaches
  • 1 Fresh cream
  • 2 Cream
  • 1 Cheese
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Curry
  • 2 TABLESPOONS mango chutney

Directions

    Wash and dry meat Cut meat into finger-thick slices Season meat with salt and pepper

    Heat the oil and brown the meat Grease the baking dish and place the meat in it Grate the cheese, drain the peaches and cut into pieces

  3. 3

    Mix peaches and cheese crème fraiche and spices Pour sauce over the meat and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees
