Wash and halve the tomatoes. Wash the cucumber and cut into longish slices. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck roughly. Peel onions and cut into fine rings. Arrange everything with caper apples on a plate.
Roughly pluck half of the baguette and spread over it. Mix vinegar, 1 tablespoon water, salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon sugar. Fold in the oil. Drizzle some salad dressing over the bread. Add the rest of the sauce and baguette.
