Lamb chops with garlic puree

Ingredients

  • 0?$? peeled garlic cloves (e.g. young)
  • 200 g peeled potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Nutmeg
  • 1 small peeled onion
  • 200 g cleaned green beans
  • 1 tsp (5 g) butter/margarine
  • 2 (approx. 125 g) Lamb chops
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 5 TABLESPOONS low-fat milk

Directions

    Chop 2-3 cloves of garlic roughly, cut the rest into very thin slices. Wash the potatoes. Cook with chopped garlic covered in a little salted water for about 20 minutes.

    Finely chop the onion. Wash the beans. Heat the fat. Sauté onion in it. Add beans and steam briefly. Season with salt and a little pepper. Pour on 100 ml water, bring to the boil, cover and stew for about 12 minutes.

    Wash the chops and pat them dry. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry the meat for about 3 minutes on each side. Fry garlic slices with it. Keep warm.

    Drain the potatoes and add milk. Mash into mashed potatoes. Season to taste with salt and nutmeg. Drain the beans. Arrange chops, beans and puree. Spread fried garlic over there.
