Ingredients

  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 Pot of basil
  • 3 Lemons
  • 0,75 l cold mineral water
  • 1⁄2 (approx. 200 g) Cucumber

    For the sugar syrup put sugar and 1⁄8 l cold water in a pot, bring to the boil and simmer at medium heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from the stove. Let the syrup cool down a little and then pour it into a small clean bottle (approx. 250 m

    For the lemonade, wash the basil, shake dry, pluck the leaves and cut half of it into strips. Wash the organic lemon hot and squeeze the other lemons. Mix juice, 5 tablespoons syrup, mineral water and basil strips.

    Fill lemonade into a clean 1-liter bottle. Put it in a cold place.

    Wash the cucumber, peel if necessary, cut it in half lengthwise and cut it into pins about 0.5 cm wide. Cut organic lemon into 2-3 mm thin slices. Divide cucumber, lemon and remaining basil into glasses. Fill up with lemonade.
