Marinated neck steaks with noodle salad

Ingredients

  • 4 Branches of rosemary
  • 3 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 7 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 4 (150 g each) Pork neck steaks
  • 200 g Penne noodles
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 5 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 collar Rocket

Directions

    Wash the rosemary, dab dry, set aside a little to garnish, chop the rest finely. Mix mustard, honey and 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix in rosemary and season with salt and pepper. Wash the meat, dab dry. Pour marinade over the meat and mix everything.

    Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions, drain, rinse with cold water and drain. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings. Tomatoes, wash, clean and halve. Whisk vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in 6 tablespoons of oil in a thin stream. Mix pasta, tomatoes and spring onions with the vinaigrette. Grill the steaks on a hot grill, turning them for about 10 minutes. Wash the rocket, shake dry and clean. Mix into the salad and season with salt and pepper.
