Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Place the strawberries on a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with honey. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 20 minutes. Remove strawberries from the oven and let them cool down for about 10 minutes.
Finely puree the honey-strawberry caramel and almond drink. Arrange in 4 glasses, decorate with fresh strawberries.
