Ingredients

  • 4 stalks of chives
  • 2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 2 TEASPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 75 g Feta cheese
  • 50 g Endive salad
  • 20 g Rocket
  • 75 g Strawberries
  • 100 g Turkey Breast

Directions

    For the vinaigrette, wash the herbs, shake dry. Pluck and chop parsley from the stalks and cut chives into fine rolls. Mix salt, pepper, sugar, chives and lemon juice.

    Add 1 teaspoon of oil. Cut cheese into cubes. Wash and clean the salad and shake dry. Wash, clean and slice the strawberries. Wash meat, dab dry and cut into strips.

    Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the meat for about 4 minutes while turning. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the salad ingredients and arrange in a bowl.
