Mozzarella ham snack

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 750 g Baby Spinach
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Nutmeg
  • 2 (125 g each) Mozzarella balls
  • 4 discs Black Forest ham

Directions

    Wash the spinach, sort and drain. Peel garlic and onion, dice finely. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan. Sauté onion and garlic in it. Add the spinach, cover and let it collapse.

    Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Halve the mozzarella, season with pepper and wrap each piece with 1 slice of ham. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the mozzarella parcels for 2-3 minutes. Serve with the spinach.

    Herb butter baguette tastes good with it.
