Mushroom pan with prawns & garlic dip

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g Sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Salad Mayonnaise
  • 3-4 Tbsp Milk
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1,2 kg (à 850 ml) petits champignons ou 2 boîtes de conserve
  • 16 (approx. 200 g) Shrimps (without head and shell)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. olive oil)

Directions

    Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and milk. Peel, crush, add and season 1 clove of garlic

    Peel and finely chop 1-2 cloves of garlic and onion. Clean and wash the mushrooms. Wash shrimps and pat them dry well

    Fry the prawns in hot oil while turning for about 2 minutes. Season and take out. Fry the garlic and onion briefly in the frying fat. Fry the mushrooms for about 5 minutes, turning them and seasoning. Add prawns and heat briefly. Serve with garlic dip. Delicious with baguette
