Non-alcoholic Cranberry Punch

Ingredients

  • 2 TABLESPOONS (approx. 20 g) Hibiscus tea
  • 1,5 l Cranberry juice
  • 3 Cinnamon sticks
  • 4 Star Anise
  • 1 Organic Orange

Directions

    Fill the tea strainer with hibiscus tea. Bring 1 litre of water, cranberry juice, cinnamon and star anise to the boil, remove from the stove, add tea strainer. Leave to steep for about 8 minutes.

    Remove tea strainer. Rinse orange hot, rub dry, cut in half and slice. Add orange to the punch. Serve punch hot.
