Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes as well. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Add to the noodles about 1 minute before the end of the cooking time and cook. Quench and drain. Quench, peel and slice the eggs.
Remove the pelt of the sausage and dice. Cut the gherkin into slices. Stir the salad dressing powder into the cream. Mix salad ingredients and sauce and arrange in a bowl. Garnish with tarragon
