Tomato and mushroom salad

Ingredients

  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 100 g pink mushrooms
  • 1 collar flat leaf parsley
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese in one piece

Directions

    Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes and spring onions. Wash, clean and quarter the mushrooms. Pluck parsley from the stalks. Arrange everything. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar, add oil.

    Spread over the salad and slice cheese over it.
