Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into small pieces. Clean, wash, halve and slice the zucchini. Put pasta in boiling salted water and cook for about 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the minced meat for about 4 minutes. Add onion, garlic, paprika and zucchini and fry for about 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, curry and marjoram. Add tomatoes and stock, bring to the boil and let it boil down for 5 minutes.
Stir in the creamy substance and the sauce. Pour the pasta onto a sieve and drain. Arrange noodles with the minced sauce on plates. Serve garnished with marjoram.
