Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into slices and dab dry. Place in a bowl and drizzle with oil. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Put the potatoes on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-30 minutes. Wash the herbs, dab dry and chop finely, except for a little to garnish.
Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix curd and sour cream. Stir in herbs and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve the potatoes, herb curd and smoked pork together. Garnish with herbs
