Cook the pasta for about 10 minutes in salted water. In the meantime peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Heat the oil in a pan. Stir-fry garlic and minced meat for about 5 minutes over high heat. Season with salt, cayenne pepper and dried basil.
Deglaze with 1/4 litre water, stir in sauce powder and bring to the boil. Simmer at low heat for about 5 minutes. In the meantime clean and wash spring onions, cut into fine rings and stir in. Drain the mozzarella and add to the minced sauce. Serve pasta and sauce garnished with basil
