Noodles with tomato-paprika-pesto

Ingredients

  • 500 g Spaghetti Noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 80 g dried soft tomatoes
  • 1–2 red chillies
  • 1 jar (185 g) pesto rosso
  • 120 g Salami in one piece
  • 2 (125 g each) balls of mozzarella cheese
  • 2 red peppers

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Cut tomatoes into fine strips. Wash and clean the chilli and cut into fine rings. Mix pesto, tomatoes and chili. Cut salami into thin slices.

    Drain the mozzarella and pluck. Halve the peppers, clean, wash and cut into short strips.

    Pour the noodles into a sieve, put them back into the pot immediately and mix with the pesto mixture. Put it into a casserole dish, spread the paprika, salami and cheese on top. In a preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: see
