Finely grind oat flakes in the universal chopper in portions. Mix flour, sugar, oat flour and baking powder. Add milk and stir to a smooth dough. Stir in egg. Let rest for about 10 minutes.
For the sauce, melt butter in a pan. Add Muscovado sugar and 5 tablespoons of water, bring to the boil and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Peel and slice the bananas. Add sultanas to the sauce and simmer for about 2 minutes.
Add the banana slices and carefully toss in the sauce.
Fry 8 pancakes one after the other in a pan spread with oil. Arrange the pancakes and sauce.
