Mix oil and butter in a pot. Add the sliced garlic and fry until the butter has melted.
Add the prawns and fry until they are pink. Remove the prawns from the pot and add chicken stock, milk and fettuccine. Cook until the fettuccine is al dente.
Remove from heat, stir in the spinach and add the cooked prawns.
Sprinkle with parmesan and serve!
