Orange-grape mulled wine

Ingredients

  • 1 Organic Orange
  • 1 (0,75 l) bottle of dry red wine
  • 300 ml Grape juice
  • 4 Cloves
  • 50 g demerara sugar
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks

Directions

    Wash the orange, dab dry. Cut half into slices. Squeeze the rest, peel the skin spirally. Boil up wine, grape juice, orange slices, juice, cloves, sugar and cinnamon. Leave to stand for about 15 minutes.

    Bring to the boil again. Pour mulled wine into four glasses. Decorate with orange spirals.
