Orecchiette mit Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 piece(s) (400 g) Broccoli
  • 400 g Orecchiette Noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 small red chili pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Wash and clean the broccoli and cut into small florets. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Cook broccoli in salted water for 3-4 minutes until al dente, drain and rinse under cold water.

    In the meantime, halve the chilli and remove the seeds. Cut the pod into thin strips. Peel garlic and chop finely. Drain noodles. Heat the oil in a large pan. Sauté chilli and garlic for 1-2 minutes, then add broccoli.

    After another 2-3 minutes add the noodles and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the pasta and slice the parmesan cheese over it.
