Sort the spinach, wash and drain well. Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente
Fry onions in hot oil while stirring until translucent. Add pine nuts, garlic and dried herbs and mix in. Steam for about 2 minutes. Add spinach, let it collapse and mix everything well. Season with salt and pepper
Roughly grate cheese. Drain the pasta and let it drain. Mix noodles and spinach. Sprinkle with cheese and possibly garnish with basil
