Preheat panini or contact grill. Clean, wash and spin-dry the rocket. Wash and slice the tomatoes. If necessary, halve the cheese slices.
Cut toast pockets open lengthwise. Spread salad cream on one half of each toast pocket and cover with rocket, salami, cheese and tomatoes. Place other toast halves on top. Grill the panini in a hot grill for 3-5 minutes.
