Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Knead the camembert, quark, butter and garlic with the whisk of the hand mixer. Season to taste with salt, pepper, caraway and paprika.
Clean and wash the peppers. Cut 3/4 of the paprika into cubes and fold into the Obatzter. Cut the rest into thin strips. Arrange the spread on e.g. bread and salad, garnish with strips of paprika.
