Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Pasta (e.g. penne lisce)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 500 g Carrots
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 1/2 Head iceberg lettuce
  • 200 g Pork sausage
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 1/8 l clear broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Olives and parsley

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. In the meantime clean and wash the spring onions and cut them into rings. Peel, wash and finely dice the carrots. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Clean, wash and cut iceberg lettuce into strips. Cut sausage into sticks. Heat oil and fry mushrooms.

    Briefly sauté the carrots and spring onions as well. Deglaze with vinegar and stock. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. While still hot mix with noodles, iceberg lettuce and sausage. Cover and leave to stand for about 30 minutes. Season again and serve garnished with olives and parsley
