Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime cut the bacon into short strips and fry them in a pan without fat for about 10 minutes until crispy. Peel and finely dice the onion and fry briefly. Deglaze with 200 ml water and vinegar. Bring to the boil, stir in vegetable stock and simmer for about 2 minutes.
Drain the pasta, let it drain and put it back into the pot. Stir in bacon marinade. Let everything cool down.
Wash and halve the tomatoes. Wash chives and rocket, shake dry. Cut the chives into small rolls. Chop the rocket coarsely. Cut cheese balls in half. Mix prepared salad ingredients and noodles. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
