Ingredients

  • 250 g Spiral noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 washer Toast
  • 1 small onion
  • 400 g mixed minced meat
  • 2 TEASPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 1 TEASPOON dried marjoram
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 (approx. 400 g) red and yellow pepper
  • 1 Rocket salad
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 250 g Yoghurt salad cream (with 40 % low-fat yoghurt)
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 40 g Parmesan cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Marjoram

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain, drain and allow to cool. Soak bread in cold water. Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead minced meat, bread, onion, 1 teaspoon mustard, egg and marjoram.

    Season with salt and pepper. Form small balls. Heat oil in a pan, fry meatballs all around for 5-6 minutes, let cool down. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Clean, wash and pluck the salad into small pieces. Peel garlic, press through a garlic press. Mix salad cream, milk, 1 teaspoon mustard and garlic. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix all salad ingredients together.
