Put the shrimps on a sieve and let them thaw for about 2 hours. Put the noodles in plenty of boiling salted water and cook for about 10 minutes. Clean and wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Add broccoli to the noodles after 6-7 minutes and cook. Pour the noodles and broccoli onto a sieve, rinse with cold water, drain and let cool
Wash the shrimps and, except for the tail fin, peel them and remove the intestines. Peel and chop the garlic. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a coated pan and fry the prawns for 3-4 minutes, turning. Finally add garlic and fry briefly. Season shrimps with salt, pepper and a dash of lemon juice. Let them cool down
Wash, drain and quarter the tomatoes. Peel and finely dice the shallot. Wash the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Mix vinegar, diced shallots, some salt and pepper. Fold in 3 teaspoons of oil. Mix pasta and broccoli, tomatoes, shrimps and basil with the vinaigrette. Season to taste with salt and pepper
