Peach cobbler (peach crumble with cinnamon sprinkles)

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 knife tip Baking Powder
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 50 g Butter or margarine
  • 4 Peaches (approx. 175 g each)
  • 1 TEASPOON Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    For the crumbles, put flour, baking powder, sugar, vanillin sugar, cinnamon, salt, egg yolk and fat in flakes in a large mixing bowl. Work into crumbles with your hands. Wash the peaches, grate them dry, halve them and remove the stones.

    Place the peach halves in a greased ovenproof dish. Spread crumbles evenly on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and dust with icing sugar.

    Raspberry yoghurt tastes good with it.
