Peach toasts au gratin

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Peach halves (tin)
  • 75 g Gouda cheese (e.g. medieval)
  • several sheets Lettuce
  • 2 discs Toast
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Remoulade
  • 4 discs Kasseler cold cuts (à approx. 30 g)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TEASPOONS Oil
  • 4 TSP Cranberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Drain the peaches. Grate cheese finely. Clean and wash lettuce and pluck into pieces

    Toast roasting. Spread each with a little remoulade and cut in half diagonally. Cover 1/2 slice of toast with 1 slice of pork loin and 1 half peach. Sprinkle the cheese on top

    Bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/gas: level 3) or under the hot grill until the cheese has melted

    Arrange the salad and toast on four plates. Drizzle lettuce with lemon juice and oil. Place 1 teaspoon of cranberries on each toast. Garnish with parsley if necessary.

    -You can also prepare the peach toasts with smoked turkey breast

    -Practical: Grate cheese in stock, fill loosely into plastic bag or tin and freeze
