Roast the toasts until golden brown and cut in half diagonally. Spread a little remoulade on each one and cover with 1 slice of pork loin. Place peach halves on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 5 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of cranberries to each slice. Serve garnished with salad and parsley
