Mix peanut cream, sugar and salt in a bowl with the whisk of the hand mixer for about 3 minutes until creamy. Stir in eggs and oat flakes.
Form approx. 14 balls of the same size from the mixture and place them on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper, keeping sufficient distance and pressing flat. Bake the biscuits one by one in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 12 minutes. Carefully place the biscuits on a cake rack and let them cool down.
