Stir peanut cream, cream cheese and orange juice until smooth. Season to taste with salt, pepper and about 1 tbsp. vinegar. For the topping, wash parsley, shake dry, chop leaves finely. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Season with parsley, 1 tablespoon vinegar, salt and pepper. Arrange on the dip.
The peanut butter is too firm? Put it in a hot water bath for a minute, it'll soften it.
