Pickled mozzarella and tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 packs (à 125 g) Mozzarella balls
  • 1 Pot of basil
  • 200 g dried tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS Herbs of Provence
  • 600 ml Oil

Directions

    Drain the mozzarella balls on a sieve. Wash the basil and dab dry. Mix the tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and herbs from Provence, pour oil over them and leave to soak for at least a day
