Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Heat 50 ml oil in a frying pan, fry the bell peppers for about 12 minutes while turning them, season with salt and pepper. In the meantime, peel garlic and cut into slices. Wash the rosemary, dab dry and pluck the leaves from the stalk. Mix the bell peppers, olives, rosemary and garlic, pour the remaining oil over them and leave to stand for at least a day
