Pizza corners with avocado-paprika salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (400 g) fresh baking sheet pizza dough (yeast dough with olive oil; rolled out rectangularly on baking paper ready for baking; 37 x 25 cm; refrigerated shelf)
  • 2 red pepper
  • 4 Shallots
  • 3 Avocados
  • 1/2 bunch Sage
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1–2 Garlic cloves

    Roll out the pizza dough and cut into about 20 triangles. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 15-20 minutes

    In the meantime clean, wash and dice the peppers. Peel shallots and cut them into rings. Halve avocados, remove seeds. Remove the flesh from the skin. Also cut into cubes. Wash the sage and chop finely, except for a little for garnishing. Carefully mix paprika, avocados, shallots and sage, season with lemon juice, salt and pepper and drizzle with oil.

    Spread pizza corners with a clove of garlic cut in half. Spread the salad on the pizza corners, garnish with sage and serve
