Ingredients

Servings: 750
  • 250 g ready-to-bake poppy seed filling
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 6 Egg Yolk
  • 100 g Icing sugar
  • 500 ml Double Grain

Directions

    Bring the poppy seed mixture and cream to the boil and set aside. Whip egg yolks and icing sugar over a hot water bath until thick and creamy. After about 4 minutes add poppy seed cream and corn and stir for another 6 minutes (watch out, it splashes)

    Pour the liqueur into a clean glass bottle, seal well and put in a cool place
