For the marinade, mix Worcester sauce and Tabasco. Fold in the oil. Wash the meat and dab dry. Place the meat side by side in a flat casserole dish. Spread the marinade evenly over the meat.
Cover and put in a cool place for 1-2 hours. Turn the chops once in between.
For the sauce, peel and finely grate the ginger. Sort the blackberries, wash them carefully if necessary and let them drain well in a sieve. Puree blackberries, ginger, ketchup and honey in a tall mixing bowl with a hand blender.
Season vigorously with salt and pepper.
Let the meat drip off a little and grill it on the hot grill for about 5 minutes on each side. Then brush each side with some blackberry sauce and grill again for about 1 minute on each side. Add the rest of the sauce.
BBQ salad tastes good with it.
