Wash the potatoes and cook for about 20 minutes. Quench and peel. Cooling
Peel and chop the onion. Fry in hot oil. Boil up with vinegar, 1/4 l water and broth. Cut potatoes into slices and mix with the hot marinade. Leave to stand for about 30 minutes.
Wash the herbs and chop finely. Clean and wash radishes and cut into slices. Cut cucumbers into slices
Mix meat salad, yoghurt, horseradish, cucumber water and herbs. Season to taste. Add potatoes, radishes and cucumber. Leave to stand for at least 30 minutes. Season salad to taste
