Potato pan à la Bolognese

Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper
  • 750 g Potatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Onion
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Tomatoes
  • 1/2 bunch Oregano and parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Quarter the peppers, clean, wash and cut into strips. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into large cubes. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the bell peppers and potatoes all around. Remove and put aside. Peel garlic and onion.

    Press garlic through a garlic press. Chop the onion finely. Steam both in the frying fat until transparent. Add minced meat and fry until crumbly. Add tomato paste and sweat. Season everything with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes to the minced meat and chop a little. Add paprika and potatoes and let everything simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile wash the herbs, pat dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks, except for some for garnishing. Roughly chop the herbs. Season the potato pan again with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar.

    Season everything with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes to the minced meat and chop a little. Add paprika and potatoes and let everything simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile wash the herbs, pat dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks, except for some for garnishing. Roughly chop the herbs. Season the potato pan again with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Add the herbs and fold in carefully. Garnish with herbs
