Potato salad with herring

Ingredients

  • 1 kg baby potatoes
  • 1/8 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 150 g clotted cream
  • 150 g Yoghurt Salad Cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3-4 (approx. 300 g) double Bismarck herring fillets
  • 7-10 Tbsp some hair salad

Directions

    Wash the potatoes well. Depending on the size, halve lengthwise if necessary. Cook in water for about 15 minutes. Pour off, pour broth over it. Let it cool down.

    Clean, wash and chop the cucumber and radishes. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash chives and cut into small rolls. Mix sour cream, salad cream and oil. Add onion and chives. Season. Add salad dressing to the potatoes. Mix in cucumber and radishes. Let it simmer again for about 30 minutes.
